The Objet Connex prints multiple material types in a single build, and can generate "digital materials" which cover a wide range of Shore hardness ratings from a pair of parent materials. The Connex is even capable of printing multiple materials within the same physical part. This allows creation of previously impossible design features, such as overmolds.
